W.I.P. Custom Agent Ravage (Evolution)

Ok, I've been wondering just what should I do with my Transformers that I no longer have much interest in. Kinda lost the interest in the Armada and Energon series of bots as I'd wanted to focus more on Gen1 and Beast Wars related bots instead as I'm starting to seriously lack space in the house.

I'd always liked the Energon Battle Ravage mold and at one stage had about 6 piece as I was keen on amassing an army of drones much like what was shown on the cartoon and comics (think I've still got 2 MOSC pieces at my parents' place. Heh). Had to stop as I realised that I was getting out of hand with my obsession for more of a similar mold of toy.

Anyhow, Battle Ravage was a cool looking version of Ravage but it wasn't THE Ravage that we've all grown to really love... good ole Gen1 Ravage! Battle Ravage was just some mindless drone in the cartoon...

So I decided not to waste this beautiful mold and modify it to a version of Ravage that slots in the timeline between Gen1 and Beast Wars... a Ravage that is slowly maturing, evolving and asserting his own independence from Soundwave and thus the evolution.

Now on with the pics, yesssssss...
Resculpted the torso of Battle Ravage to fuse the chest mechanism and permanently shifted the connectors for the arms. The chest was "enhanced" for a nice masculine appearance befitting a mature Ravage.
The neck was reinforced with more Selley's multipurpose KneadIt (I'm not using sculpting clay. This stuff is much harder but cures in 5 minutes and becomes hard like concrete).
Molded a new upper back to augment the hunch when Ravage transforms to beast mode. Jet packs alternate as weapons in beast mode.
Sculpted the end bit of the tail to be really sharp so that Ravage could use it as a nasty weapon in either mode. Trust me, I've made this really sharp and it can poke one's eye out! Youch!
Removed the "camera" bit on top of the original Battle Ravage's head and patched the hole with a resculpt of the groves on Ravage's head to better resemble Gen1 Ravage. A new mouth was made for Ravage as well.
Agent Ravage so far after 6 extensive hours of work. All empty spaces in the arms and legs were filled with KneadIt to give the figure a more solid feel and weight. Few more bits to be added and some drilling/sanding to be done before I start some painting.

More pics really soon of the finalised bot in both painted bot and beast modes so do stay tuned :)
