SIC Kamen Rider Pre-Amazon

Finally, the little parcel came from Hong Kong and I got myself the SIC Pre-Amazon figure which is supposedly an exclusive figure.

The shipping was a little expensive (actual shipping cost was way lower and the seller shipping the toy just wrapped it in bubble-wrap and wrapping paper!) I was kinda suprised that the box wasn't badly damaged! Guess that's what you'd get for buying it cheap on Ebay.

Anyway, I really like the sculpt and the bold red color of this variant from the original green and yellow which I've yet to acquire.

Nice looking Kamen Rider that's vastly different in appearance from the rest as this one's more lizard-like compared to the other beetle-ish KR's.

I've heard of KO's for this KR. Been trying to spot any flaws on mine but can't. It even comes with diecast bits! Anyone got any idea how to tell the difference?

New God Bomber?

Yikes. Been quite a while since I'd last updated this site... too many changes going on and way too little time.

Anyhow, I'd recently received an email with regards to an independent lot who're keen on producing the Japanese Transformer figure, God Bomber, from the Headmaster/Powermaster series (I can't bl**dy remember the actual title of that series now).

Like LEGO, break up the vehicle bits and combine em to form the robot mode!

Yeah, I know we've all got a GB when we got the God Ginrai giftset (C-310) that Takara first reissued way back.

That bot was a Japan-only TF classic that I'd badly wanted when I was a kid but didn't have enough pocket money to save up for. The play value for that giftset would have been just overwhelmingly awesome IF I had it then.

Ginrai's got a diecast metal cab section with clear blue windows and retractable fists unlike Hasbro's cheaper plastic

Anyway, crazy me (THEN!) bought 4 pieces of the same bot at premium prices (what was I thinking??). I was salivating when I brought the whole lot home and immediately put em all up on display (1 opened and the rest MISB... they've since been traded off for other bots as having so many of the same thing just got kinda boring after a while).

Back to the topic on this new customised God Bomber... it looks a little tacky on its own (pic below) due to the stubby legs and overly long wings amongst other things. Kinda very SD-ish (Super Deformed as the Japanese calls em). BUT, this one apparently has the ability to combine with PM Optimus and checking out the joints and stuff in the pics, God Ginrai will finally have articulation in his arms and not end up as just a brick-former! Whoopee!

KO's I've got big issues with... but customised beauties like this? Yummy yum yum, me wants. Only problem is, how much is it going to be?
